Responsible for the LANDS sold and Lands for Transfer.

Gladys Itao
Accounting Assistant
Gladys Itao graduated Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology, and is currently working as an Accounting Assistant. Her main job is to monitors and updates incoming payables and invoices. She also ensures all payments amount and records are accurate. She assists the Accountant in preparing payroll and do the banking transaction as a representative when the Chief Accounting is not around.
Nenita Cabalo
Direct Advertising Representative | Casting Specialist
Nenita Cabalo, graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. She has been working for Vuco Digital Inc. for about 3 years now as a Direct Advertising Representative | Casting Specialist.
Her duties and responsibilities are to generate leads and running a marketing campaign and promotions across to different countries. She is handling and monitoring the social media and other digital platforms, She is ensuring that everything is up-to-date about the company. She is also in charge of uploading our Vuco Digital arts collections on Opensea platform and processing the sales transaction of NFT arts.

– Responsible for the rebranding of the website from vucotv.com to Vuco TV News
– Transferring and re-editing all old articles to be reuploaded to the new website under new business name
– Assigned in drafting and creating all legal contracts and agreements, in communication with the admin department

HR Officer
Jaysel Naluz is currently working as a Human Resources (HR) Officer, She’s responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members. She also keeps the confidential documents like Non- Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and the Service Contract of the employees. She also monitors the Attendance of the Nightshift Employees and ensures that every details are correct before sending it to the Accounting Department.

IT Head
Jeff Graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Information Technology at AMA Computer College.
Being a IT Head of the company he is in charge of 3 IT staff, and he is also in charge of maintaining and troubleshooting of the servers and computers
Jeff is also responsible for the monitoring of the internet connection and security of the IT equipment

Joena Macapagal, graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. She has been working for Vuco Digital Inc. for about 3 years now as a NFT Artist | Direct Advertising Representative .
Her main job is to create Nft art design and I’m also in charge uploading of our Vuco Digital arts collections on Opensea platform and processing the sales transaction of NFT arts.

Sofi is a Public Relations Specialist / Accounting Personnel. She is responsible for writing articles for New Formula Channel. Promotes the company in various social media networks, such a Facebook, Instagram, twitter, prepare financial reports, invoices, accrued wages to employees.negotiations with government officials and partners in the interest of the company

Roi graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Holy Angel University.
Being a Graphic, Web Designer & Developer of the company, he is mainly in charge of the Web Design & Development, Corporate Branding and other websites that are affiliated to the company.
Roi is also responsible for creating the company’s greeting cards and performs basic to advance SEO.
He is also generous enough to guide younger generations on rendering tasks, and parts his knowledge and experiences in a certain field.

The main tasks and duties that I’ve been working on before but stopped for the moment:
– Writing articles for vuuzletvukraine.com website and uploading them via the WordPress to the website;
– Managing Instagram, Facebook and Twitter pages for Vuco.TV Ukraine, publishing there posts on a daily basis;
– Creating stories on Instagram and Facebook of Vuco TV Ukraine
– Assisting in the procedure of listing token on coinmarketcap exchange platform CoinMarketCap;
– Preparing financial requests and reports for Ukraine office;
– Keeping under the control and record finances of Ukrainian office;
